Too soon for 2016 to be called a weak draft class?

Simmons (future all-star)
Ingram and Brown (boarder line starters, unlikely all-stars)

Dunn and Held looking like busts.

Jamal might be alright.

People were calling it weak at the time of the draft.

Jaylen brown went from 7 ppg to 14ppg in 1 year at 21 and hes not likely to be an all star?:oldlol:

Maybe in the least...his nowhere close to an all star out west.

Jaylen Brown has had a bigger growth in game than Paul George and Jimmy butler in their first year :oldlol:

That's not how it works he's a roleplayer compared to Tatum and Ingram.

He averages more than Tatum and plays for a winning team unlike Ingram

Edit: people are forgetting what Butler and George were like in their first years. Jaylen Brown is following their mold of an all star level 3 and d player

Simmons is your future superstar/MVP candidate, and I feel confident Ingram/Jamal Murray will be all-stars at some point. I think Jaylen Brown could be an all-star but less certain about it, need to see more as a creator from him. Then you have a ton of guys that are gonna be (a few already are) solid rotation players to even good starters like Brogdon, Poeltl, Dunn, Sabonis, Taurean Prince, LeVert, Siakam, Dejounte, Hield, etc.

If this draft ends up with 1 superstar, 2-3 all-stars, and like 10 quality rotation players...that's pretty good.

Jaylen Brown is a definite career starter. He can hit threes, is a great athlete, and may already be one of the best man defenders in the game. Can't guarantee his ability to create off the dribble develops sufficiently to make him a 20ppg All-Star but it's improved and is something that he works on. He has a very aggressive approach to the game that has to be tamped down at his current skill level but as his skills evolve it will make him a guy that gets the most he can out of his talent.

Jaylen Brown will improve just because of his aggressiveness. He already has the shot once he gets the flow of the game slowed down he will be an all star

Tbf I don't watch a lot of Celtics bball. But I doubt he can be a playmaker like Ingram or a scorer on the level of Tatum.

Hes more aggressive than Tatum and plays better defense

Right now Tatum has more potential but lacks the mentality Brown has.
