People love one dimensional players on lottery teams.
More respected posters like myself enjoy guys who do whatever it takes to get that W. You can worship his crossovers and "smooth" play...
and piss yourself over his moist jumpshot...
while I'm in the back corner with a hard-on for guys like Westbrook who give it their all EVERY game and do whatever it takes to win. Even if that means avoiding the spotlight to do so.
You are kidding right? You are aware Westbrook isnt doing it on his own right?
He's a likable guy and the cavs aren't good enough to draw the ire of other fans. Next year he'll have more fanboys and haters.
Rose and Westbrook fans hate him.
Because they're better than him. :confusedshrug:
When the fanboys come, the haters will follow.

True, westbrook gives his all every game, including his low iq.

Yea, not really. They just play on way better teams. Teams that would make the playoffs without either Westbrick/Rose. Both are low-IQ point guards that rely 100% on athleticism. Neither guy will ever be a key play on a team that actually wins a championship.

And why is that? I love the way Rose and Kyrie play. I'm not the biggest Westbrook fan, but he is exciting to watch as well.
it wont last, people will eventually turn on him, like every young player
either the cavs improve, the team gets more exposure, and people see more than just highlights, and start to notice flaws (happened with griffin, when people started shitting on him for his jumper and freethrow issues. nobody cared about these in his rookie year ) or the cavs stay a cellar dwelling team, and people will say he puts up empty stats/ cant carry his to wins.
he is definitely my favorite player.... so +1
(and this is coming from a guy who thought he was a glorified Darren Collison in a crappy draft)
He's great player on a non-threatening team, easy to root for. The hate will come as soon as the Cavs become a legitimate playoff contender.

SilkkTheShocker, AKA, known Rose hater, and known Lebron nut hugger.
I'll take your words with a grain of salt.
As people have said, Kyrie is too good to remain loved by everyone.
He looks pretty much destined for greatness... the more he reaches his potential, the more hate he will get.
