Re: Rate the last Movie you watched
Hobbs and Shaw was so bad but then again it was just like every other Dwayne Johnson movie. Felt like I was watching Skyscraper 2. Can't believe I watched Skyscraper 1 in my life.
Action was good.

:oldlol: I love it. makes me want to watch the movie even though it got panned.

a not-so-hollywood (no hand holding cheesy shit) western starring jeff bridges, matt damon & hailee steinfeld. even if westerns aren't your thing, this movie can appeal to anyone. great acting, fantastic cinemetography, a straight to the point storyline as well as a hell of an ending. probably a top 25 for me. would def recommend.

I remember briefly watching this in a stoner stuper when it released. Thought it would be better with a rewatch but it's just okay.
Keanu's character felt forced, imo his worst acting since Point Break (classic)
The lore reminds me a lot like Blade with vampires, except with demons/angels + half breeds
decent 1'n'done flick

Grave of the Fireflies (1988?)[/B]
Crushing Japanese WW2 story of 2 kids turned slumdog in the heat of US firebombing in 1945. Based on RL story
Can't stand anime flicks but this one delivered. Brutal stomach curling scenes and most depressing endings i've ever scene in a cartoon film

time out.
there was a movie made about johnny depp and forest whitaker tryna solve the murder of biggie smalls?
how did i miss this? :lol
it was wardell "pouchie" fouse aka darnell bolton btw. he was a piru blood (now deceased) who was paid by suge knight to carry out the hit, which was in retaliation for the southside crips (specifically orlando 'baby lane' anderson and his uncle duane 'keefe d' davis) killing tupac/injuring suge.
just saved you the $3.99 rental fee.

Not the Comedy I expected, more of a Life / Romance / Drama flick, and actually very very good.... loved it. Loved the message, the intent.
8/10
Re: Rate the last Movie you watched
1.Finally watched Spider-Man far from home.. 6/10.. just all around meh.
Jake Gyllenhall was the best part of the movie.
Not a fan of the whiney soyderman and really couldn't stand the smug mj. Story and action was ok though, standard marvel one liners etc
2. Robin Hood (latest remake) 2/10. Turrible.. why did they make this
3. Searching 7/10. Interesting concept, few twists
