LT and FS for Dallas...

right now Allen Ball is the FS, it is his spot to lose...

and I think Doug Free is the LT...:ohwell:

man, I hope jerry can bring Flozell back or something...that doesn't seem like it is gonna cut it...certainly didn't cut it when Flo was out against the Vikes...

Re: Training Camp News and Tidbits
Denver gave Elvis Dumervil a big fat new contract. It's good for all of us, the world needs more prominent Elvises.

Re: Training Camp News and Tidbits
I'm interested to see if Denny Dixon can impress the staff enough to win the starting job over Leftwich.

Re: Training Camp News and Tidbits
Leftwich is a joke. I can't believe how awful he was for us last year. I'm soooo glad we were able to get a draft pick for him this year lol.

Dennis Dixon SHOULD win the job over Leftwich.

And Posterize.... Riley Cooper>>>Hank Baskett. There, now you know who will be the Eagles no. 4 WR lol

Re: Training Camp News and Tidbits
apparently Sergio Kindle fell down TWO flights of stairs and fractured his skull and will miss all of training camp...:wtf:

He has a history of alcohol problems btw, I am going to assume he was drunk...

he also hasn't signed yet, I wonder how much this will cost him...

wow, what a blow to the Ravens...

Re: Training Camp News and Tidbits
I HATE the Ravens but I'm going to be on field meeting the players. I may try to get Ed Reed, Willis, and Ray Lewis to sign a RIP Sean Taylor University of Miami helmet...

As for the Skins position battles. We are switching to a base 3-4

OLB (opposite O-Sack-po): Andre Carter, Lorenzo Alexander, Chris Wilson

Safety (opposite Landry): Reed Doughty, Kareem Moore, Chris Horton

Receiver (assuming Moss and D.Thomas are locks): Malcolm Kelly, Terrence Austin (Miles' bro, Special Teams), Joey Galloway, Brandon Banks (Special Teams standout)

running back (behind Clinton and LJ): BRIAN WESTBROOK :D , Willie Parker, Ryan Torrain

back-up QB: Rex Grossman, Colt Brennan, Richard Bartel

Five rookies to watch at training camp

Q & A: Shanahan Isn't Tempering Expectations

Re: Training Camp News and Tidbits
If the Eagles have Brian Westbrook, Skins have Byron. Dallas has Miles, so the Skins have Terrence. Maybe Michael Strahan has a little bro you guys can bring in too?

Re: Training Camp News and Tidbits

McNabb sent his former protégé a text message Monday and offered him some advice as the Eagles opened camp. He told him to take it one practice at a time and be patient. Easier said than done. Still, Kolb was grateful for the suggestion.

"I appreciate him reaching out and offering me good luck," Kolb said after looking sharp in his first training camp practice as the Eagles' starter. He did not have a pass hit the ground in team drills against the rookies and select veterans that are already at Lehigh.

"Not everyone is like that. But we've always had a good relationship."

McNabb, of course, is a division rival now. So Kolb has a plan. He's going to wish McNabb luck in 14 games a year.

"That's exactly what I'm going to tell him," Kolb said with his customary huge smile.

What Kolb did tell McNabb is that he was impressed by his basketball game. Kolb watched the Pros vs. Joes episode where Donovan and T.O. teamed up to beat a former NBA stars in a hoops exhibition. Impressed, yes. But not too much.

"I told him," Kolb said, 'I'm still better than you.'"
:oldlol: starting to really like this guy

Re: Training Camp News and Tidbits
The future of the Eagles safety position, Nate Allen, has signed. Get in camp young buck!

Re: Training Camp News and Tidbits
Jets signed Laveranues Coles. Holmes/Edwards/Coles/Cotchery on that team at WR. I know he had a bad year but 43 catches/5 TD's and 1 year removed from 70/7 TD's.

Those 4 guys plus Keller and Tomlinson on passing downs.
