Ugrade at Point Guard

The Clippers should get younger at point guard.

I think Elfrid Payton would be a good pick up.

Not a fan of Payton, would rather give Evans the burn or buy a second round pick for someone like Aaron Holiday, Shake Milton, DeAnthony Melton.
