When does it get warm again?

I'm more than ready for winter to be over. Is it almost over?

I wanna say it was still snowing in April last year here, but I can't actually remember now. :confusedshrug:

I'm not cut out for this weather, I can't handle it. There's no activities I enjoy that require cold weather or snow, so I can't even take solace in skiing or anything. Especially in lovely tropical Michigan where winter is like November to April. How is there is six months of winter, then six months for the other three seasons combined? That's the end of my rant for right now.


Note: I know that it could always be worse, thankfully I don't take the bus anymore, cuz standing outside in sub-arctic temperatures was never fun. And at least I don't live in Canada where I'd have to live in an igloo and have a dogsled as transportation, or have to use the metric system, but I'm still irritable about the winter here.

About 35 degrees in Philly. It's usually colder by now.

Hard to find a middle ground in Philly. It's either 30 and cold or 90 and humid.

That's kinda like Detroit. Last night when I left work it was 15 degrees and windy, right now it's like 33, which is relatively warm I suppose.

And then around my birthday (middle of July) it'll be humid and hot as hell. But I'll take the heat and humidity any day over the bitter cold.

yeah when i was junior in high school (2 years ago) i remember we all got sent home because it was snowing too much, in april . i live in the chicagoland area btw .

I'm in Detroit too, and yeah, Aprils still a bit chilly, May is REALLY when Spring hits us. Then it warms up pretty fast till mid-August, then downhill again ;)
