What's the X-factor for the Hawks this season?

Can you think of some key thing that woudl make a real difference for the Hawks this season? Assuming that every player is about as good as they were last year

Health.

In order for them to do well, everyone has to stay healthy. Bibby has had health issues, and if JJ went down, I really think the season would be a wash. Josh Smith can't lead this team alone.
