Patrick O'Bryant
 

Apparently O'Bryant is impressing in workouts and is moving up the draft board. He is a 7' legitimate center, what do you think of the Raptors trading down to like 5 or 6 or so to take O'Bryant?

i don't like it, i rather keep the first and get alderidge or bargnani more potential.

I think Aldridge will become the better player. So i'd pick him at #1 instead of trading down to get pat.

I believe that even if they traded down to number 5 in the draft, they would choose a body of Marcus Williams. AND BTW people, Aldridge is having an INDIVIDUAL workout this Friday. So why is he taking these individual workouts? Is he scared he might not go number 1?

Some guys feel like the GM's should already know enough about them (by watching them in games) that they wouldn't have to show what they can do against opponents, and would rather take the workout as an oppurtunity to show other parts of their game which have potential and could fit a team.
I don't really buy that excuse though, I think if you wanna prove your the best you have to prove it against other people. To me, it shows their scared of haivng a bad workout and hurting their stock, which may not say anything about how they will do in the league, but for some guys it might.

None of the top picks do anything but individual workouts.

If the Raps trade out of the top 5 then then O'Bryant would be the guy I would pick, but not in the top 5.

probably a 7-10 guy but not 5

Imma go with Marcus Williams. I watched a few of his games and that kid is quick. I wish that if they did trade down, they could pick him up.
