RIP Mask of TapouT

He died in a car crash that actually ripped his $300,000 Ferrari in half.

Not talking about you or anything but I found it hilarious that the price of the car was talked about during news telecasts. A guy died and yet they feel the need to talk about the make, model, and price of the car he died in. Lol, that's crazy. Anyway, did anyone see the car. I've never seen anything like that. It was like King Kong broke a toy car in half. Crazy.

I was thinking the same thing. It's like reading "Mr. Smith was found dead in the bedroom of his $350,000 suburban colonial home."

Re: RIP Mask of TapouT

This guy was one of the reasons that MMA became big in the United States and Canada.

I've been reading around about what people think of this tragedy and very little people are showing sympathy just because he was involved with mixed martial arts.

People actually showed the rapper Proof, who not only shot a man who was in the United States armed forces but was apart of the most looked down on musical genre in the World, some sympathy and he got killed cuz he shot somebody.

Welcome to Orange County. It's about what you drive, not who you are.

I met Mask on a few occasions. He used to come down my gym on occasion for promotions and to support local fighters.

He was actually a really cool guy. Rest in peace bro.

There's still some controversy surrounding how the other gentlemen was shot and killed.

And I fail to see how the rapper is condemned, but the Armed Forces veteran is not, when they were both at an illegal after hours club on the eastside of Detroit at 4 in the morning. Note: Regardless if you're Big Meech or the Pope, being in a club on the Eastside after 4 AM while liquor is still being served is not a good idea. There's no heroes in that story.

Let this serve as a warning for anyone who plans on taking a vacation to Detroit, when it's warm out and there's a large gathering of people, it's at least a 50% chance that there will be shots fired at some point. When you factor in the amount of liquor you can consume by 4 AM also, it's probably at least an 80% chance.
