Re: Photoshop Vince Carter as a Nugget
is that even his body lol?

Re: Photoshop Vince Carter as a Nugget
haha no. I am a PS noob. so it'll take time before I master the craft.
actually, that's Carmelo's body... both wear #15. extracting a layer is harder work than it seems, because of the precision involved. plus some other tools to fine tune the layering, which I need to learn... but it's a first effort. |
Re: Photoshop Vince Carter as a Nugget
its not bad for a first, but instead of stealing someone elses body, its much better to change the original jersey, i could help you learn if youd like.

That's honestly not THAT bad. Use the cloning tool to smooth out where the neck meets the body. And you could have cut the top part of his right shoulder, where the jersey is too high off the body. If I wasnt at work right now, I'd fix it up. I'll do it when I get home if I remember. |

Re: Photoshop Vince Carter as a Nugget
Not bad for a first try.
It took me a sec to see it was Melo's body (VC doesnt have tattoos lol) ![]() |
Re: Photoshop Vince Carter as a Nugget
thanks for the tips Vinsanity, especially that clone tool tip.
so I tried it out: ![]() anyway, I'll play around with the lasso tool and try to alter the jersey itself. the initial VC picture I worked with was him in his warmups, so I knew I could not create Vince's arms, so I just put on Melo's body |

the smudgyness isn't too bad, its just a real flat color, so it makes it look 2D. |
