Newest Grizzlies
 

I have been doing a little research on the grizzlies "other" picks in the draft.
Carrol looks preety mean guys. And young could be a really good back up or role player(james posey like)

Carol looks to have a nice shot for a big man. If anyone remembers correctly he hit five threes vs the memphis tigers in the sweet 16 game. Carol has range and athleticism. He is probably already a better player than arthur.

Young looks to be a quick athletic swing man that will really bolster our bench and help rudy out when he needs a breather.

Carroll and Young are strong picks. Although passing on Blair (TWICE), really pissed me off and really put me in a bad mood.

I'm not surprised at the Carroll pick, he came in for like 2 or 3 workouts, IIRC. The staff were quite big on him.

I watched a lot of PITT games last season (mainly because of Blair) and I can say that Young is an excellent pick, especially that late in the draft. The guy is incredibly strong, much more than he is given credit for.

I like the young paick as well.I just dont know where arthur and warrik fit in now.

I don't actually know if it's 27 minutes, I haven't watched it yet, but it says it's 27 minutes, so I'll be sure to kill some time by watching that in a bit.

Can't believe how the media are swallowing up our picks. They even have the Grizz as the #1 team who improved via the draft. Just saw a feature in ESPN where they praised all three picks.

I really like Carroll and Young, but as I said in the offseason thread, we need a go to guy on the bench. Warrick fills that position well, but that means Carroll would not be in the rotation, unless he starts.

The draft was an extremely weak one. We got good prospects at all of our picks.
