Telfair, Smith, Madsen for Quentin Richardson

I think it was a good deal even though i would of liked to get something better than that trash, but who knows? Maybe he will show up in his contract year. Quentin only has one year left on his contract, so that is good. We can pick up a SG next year in the draft. No exceptions.

Was it for the contract or just getting more offensive punch? Because I don't like this trade at all. looking at our roster now, we have 19 players, give or take, and I am not feeling this roster at all.

Starters
Jonny Flynn
Quentin Richardson
Corey Brewer
Kevin Love
Big AL

Bench
Wayne Ellington
Damien Wilkens
and anybody else.

I don't know about this season.

This season is going to be a long one. On one side Kahn has gotten rid of McHales trash but in doing so we have absolutely NO depth right now. Our starters will be solid but beyond that it is a train wreck. Am i the only person that sees Wayne as a starter? i mean why let someone who is gone next season take away a lot of minutes to a youngster. Anyway after next years draft our bench will be full of talent and then we should be on our way to making the play offs

Shoot, I would let Wayne start. I just came up with a random starting five. But, we are in for a long season. I mean, our top assist man last year had 2.3 a game!!!:confusedshrug:

Our top steals guy had only 1.0:banghead:
Blocks were 1.7....we have a long way to go. This is a team in need of some good players or players stepping up their game big time.

:oldlol: I hope so. Players need to step up. Off topic, anyone get their season ticket information yet? I got a letter today saying that season tickets are on hold...:confusedshrug: I guess I will call the main office and see what is up.

How about that Ryan Hollins guy? It sounds like another good move by Kahn. This guy is starting to look pretty decent. Hollins could put some minutes in this year and maybe he'll be solid in a couple years. I want to see him play! An athletic lengthy 7 footer who can rebound...sounds decent to me. At least spots are being filled in unlike when McHale was running the show and signing 20 scrubs and Kevin Garnett. McHale, the man who made KG rich. A round of applause please. :applause:

Ryan Hollins, I don't know. I really did not get to see him play a whole lot with the Mavs this past season. His stint with the Bobcats ended quickly. He does give us another Big, not sure about how athletic he is, but I guess we will find out.

We should change the Timberwolves name to Mystery Team, because next season will be nothing but a mystery.

Hollins is a very good athlete ill give him that. But something must be off with him, he plays with a lot of heart, passion and seems very aggressive but he just cant get any minutes:confusedshrug: . he is a decent shot blocker and from a distance he seems like a solid player. idk why he hasnt got more minutes throughout his career. he will probably get around 18-20 minutes this season. Either way he cant be worse then jason collins so thats an upgrade for us:oldlol:
