Looks like one of these guys will fill out the Okur/Millsap front court:

Are there any good scoring 2 guards in this draft? I think that'd be alot better pick than another frontcourt player.

The website has profiles for a 2010 mock draft. Pretty good work there.

Anyway, I'd much rather get a big and resign Brewer. We have the backup point under control for the rest of Maynor's rookie contract.

Next summer years left under contract:
Williams (2) / Maynor (3) / Price (1)
Brewer (0)
Kirilenko (1)
Millsap (3) / Koufos (2)
Okur (1)

I'd like to use our 1st on a big, and our second on a wing. This draft is loaded with bigs anyway.

You want moteijunas- he is a top 2 pick- 7 foot pf who has it all- size, athletisism, and skill- the best of a great group of pf's

the sf I like to the jazz who should go 6-14 is singler from duke- not the best year for sg, maybe look at xavier henry at kansas

Moteijunas is intersting. He might be too raw for our needs, we tend to pass on potential drafts. Either way, I'm happy its a big-man draft this year.

Their own pick might very be higher than the Knicks with the roster they're throwing out there.

I'm hoping for the latest in Chinese 7 footers so I can see most of the games.

Too early to say. Fessenko not to mention Okur needs to be upgraded and they could certainly take another wing.

Again it depends on what they are able to do. If they have a chance to package the picks and players to get a star than you do it as they did with Deron.

debatable

Price (1)

They gave him 2 years? Unbelievable!

Your attempts to knock focus off of the important areas is failing. Rare to upgrade your all-star Center.

And I'd like the good one to go for a lottery pick. How can you not understand this?

Yeah 13 pts 6 rbds 1` ass 1 blk 5-11 is all star type numbers. Big difference between Stern making you an all-star and actually being one. Koufos is better right now.

Why can't they both be good or both go for something better?

In My opinion their are two all-star centers in the league right now(3 ifYao is healthy), Howard and Duncan(yes, he's a center).

If Okur is an all-star what is Deron? I consider him a superstar despite not making an all-star game and it will be tough for him to make it again this year.

You want to put Okur in with the greats fine. I'll keep him up their with the greats from Asia Minor though.

How many people post under this account? I have seen rapid developments in opinion, style, and grammar.

What happens if we somehow luck into the No. 1 pick? Do you take John Wall despite having Deron Williams? I say you still do and either try a 2-PG system (Wall can flat out score anyway and the Jazz seem to thrive under 2-PG's) or at least you have a major trading asset in either Wall or Williams (depending on who you wanna keep). But I think it'd be stupid to pass on Wall. I'd be afraid to repeat the Blazers' fiasco - passing on Jordan cuz they already had Drexler...

You don't pass on stars. They took a pg this year despite much bigger needs elsewhere. Deron will likely be gone in 3 years anyway. He's not going to stick around for a franchise that isn't committed to winning big.

If Bowie stays healthy it wouldn't have been such a fiasco. Blazers might have won multiple titles with a healthy Bowie instead of Duckworth.
