Praise/Critique a player on your team

LeSean "Shady" McCoy

Brief: 21 year old rookie running back, 2nd round pick, 5'10" 198 lbs
Season: 4.3 ypc, 3 rush TD, 23 catches, 2 fumbles

Praise: Just a 21 year old rookie stepping up into a situation where he's expected to take over the reigns from Brian Westbrook. And really, this guy is a Westbrook clone. Great player to have in a west coast offense because he's such a great receiver, especially in the screens. Has great agility especially dodging linemen to turn a -2 yard run into a +3 yard run. Decent runner between the tackles.

Critique: Has fumble issues. Has 2 on the season already and was close to 3, but 1 was ruled that he was down by a hair. Has to learn to hold on to the ball better on his long runs and keep the defender behind him from poking it out. Mentioned earlier he was a Westbrook clone but there is one difference that made Westbrook on another level. BW had that 5th gear he could kick it into easily to get away from the defense, Shady rarely gets out of 4th. Needs to work on his blocking more, barely affects the pass rusher.

Keith Brooking #51 ILB

praise: In 10 games he has accumulated 3 sacks, 73 tackles and 4 Pass Deflections at the old age of 34. Has been a major addition to the Doomsday Defense this year.

Critique: Needs to find a way to create turnovers, Not much else to critique for a guy his age.

LOL @ Dallas' "Doomsday Defense" Gimme a break hahahaha!

They're not even a top 15 team when it comes to yards allowed. And they're only 5th best for points allowed per game.

What is with everyone here thinking the Cowboys have some all-time great defense? They're not even a top defense this season alone.

I'll call them the Doomsday Defense even if they are ranked #32.

And they certainly inflicted Doom upon the Redskins yesterday.

Let me love you Matt Cassel, Jamal Charles, Andy Studebaker, and Chris Chambers!!!

These four were key in KC's upset of the Stoolers yesterday. Matt Cassel took his head out his ass in the second half and for the most part was decisive.

Jamal Charles took the opening kick to the house and ran tough in the second half to kind of keep the Pitt D off balance.

Andy Studebaker pulled in two INT's, including a 95 yard return that set up a FG and turn back a potential Pitt dagger.

Chris Chambers for stepping up in the absence of D. Bowe and the 68 yard reception to set up the winning FG.

No critiques, I do that enoug with this team.

Carson Palmer

praise: great pedigree. Born and bred to do this. Good leader, strong arm, clutch, and better scrambling ability than people give him credit for. Just a notch below guys like Manning/Brady (top 5-7). Still young enough to have several prime seasons left.

criticism: Still worry about injury with him, though he's doing a good job of shedding that label. Doesn't throw the deep ball enough anymore (though part of that is the offensive playcalling). In years past (mainly 2007), he was a bit interception prone. Still hasn't topped his gaudy number of 2005, but has matured as a QB and found a groove.
