Is it me or almost every big man that was a high pick is plagued with injuries?
Bynum
Oden
Griffin
Bogut I think and some more
Its like every one of them have glass bones paper skin and hair thin muscles.
I wonder if an average overweight american would step on their foot would they die instantly or just have a career ending injury ?

its because not every big is used to banging around with NBA sized centers once they are in their rookie season.

Nobody injured Griffin though. He just landed awkwardly after a slam dunk.

His knee was already injured by that point. He only made it worse when he landed on it after that dunk. He never should have been on the floor and would have been playing right now had the doctors noticed the crack in his knee beforehand.
