Official Mayweather vs. Baldomir Thread
Anyone here going to watch this fight? Mayweather the p4p champ going against his first true 147 pounder. Really hyped for this.

I like Baldomir as the Cinderella Man. The dude sold feather dusters to feed his family for crying out loud. I watched a fight, where he was getting his @$$ pounded, but kept coming kept coming. Fighter goes to his corner and you can hear him say, "i can't hurt him". Baldomir broke the guy's spirit and beat him. Can someone name that fight? In the interview, Baldomir says he fights with the strength of ten men. For him, and his family.

I watched the Gatti Mayweather fight. I have to say that I'm in absolute awe of this kid's skills. Proved he was the real deal to me when he handily beat my surety for a upset Zab Judah. Nobody gave Baldi a chance to beat Gatti. He did it. Floyd's obviously in a different class than Gatti, but I'm rooting for the South American.

Rags to riches sobb fest for Carlos supporters. Floyd should win but in boxing the unthinkable always exists regardless how superior one is vs the other. Carlos +300 vs Floyd. It was 6 to 1 odds and slowly it seems it decreased.

Not touching this fight money wise although i like putting something on the dog, small in wager just because.

Floyd should outbox him...Carlos best chance is to mimick the first Castillo fight vs Floyd.

Only loss PBF took last night was that outfit/gloves. But he won some of that loss back by making Larry Merchant look like a fool. Easy win for PBF.

Bring on Oscar.

Damn, says he's retiring after his next fight.

And after that Mayweather's now talking retirement? He's still in his 20s and he thinks retiring will protect his legacy? If he really wants to be considered with the best of all time he'll keep fighting. I would love to see him take on Mosley and Wright.
