Andrew bogut, what do you think of him
He had a limited role last season, but what did you learn about his skills and potential from watching him?
He is the most Australian of all current Bucks.
I don't know if he'll be a really good role player, or a star
To answer you question... I believe Bogut if properly used right will blossum into a star. The Bucks Brass needs to change something with Andrew. 1st Let him be the starting C. He proved last year that he can play the whole 82 season. 2nd I don't believe the from last year's coaching desions dealing with Bogut that they wanted to build the team around him. Thats why they got Magloire. Moving Bogut to PF was a bad mistake. 3rd The Bucks need to use him more. My worst fear about the situation is simply that Bogut has 2 more years left on his rookie contract. If changes are not made soon and Bogut becomes more involved with the offense he will go into free agency and shine for another club. Lets hope that won't happen.
How about you re-check those details with his contract. At the very least we have him for the next four years. No player turns down a max deal anyway.
if bogut can be a 15 and 10 player.. im satisfyed. and to add to that the 3 charges he gets during the game on defense
15 and 10 is fine, as long as it comes with 5 assists. Otherwise I'd like more scoring. He should eventually be leading the team in touches, or at least coming close.
If he can turn into a brad miller, i'll be happy.
That's not what you hope for from the #1 overall pick. It's what you settle for if things don't pan out.
well, that draft wan't known for having a franchise player in it. Paul came out of no where. I'm just happy hes not a bust.
 |
I think he's similar to B. Miller in skill set, although he's definitely not as soft. Hopefully he doesn't turn out as bad defensively and can play a little more in the post.
I'm thinking maybe prime Vlade with defense. That's my rational side at least. I still thinkthere's a damn good chance he'll become a steady 22/12/4 guy if coached/utilized properly.
not with stots as our coach he won't :banghead:
Ah, you'll fit in perfectly here. ;)
I think andrew bogut is the future of Nba centers he can play back to the basket the turn around face up he can hit the 18 foot jumpshot, block shots and run the floor and a 7 footer with a vertical that high I'll take him any day
