How long do you guys think McDaniels will keep his coaching job?

He's bound to get fired even though the GM, owners have had so much faith in him. He's been an absolute horrid decision maker, not to mention he's an idiot.

Mistakes he's made.....
-Letting Nolan go
-Not playing Marshall in Week 17
-Trading Marshall
-Drafting Tebow (It's going to be a mistake)

He's bound to get fired, he's been a complete idiot. He's considered an offensive genius even though last season all he did was rely on his defense to win games which is why letting Nolan go was a dumbass move.

I can't think of a worse quarterback trio....Tebow, Orton and Quinn....Yuck.

Fire McDaniels immediately, and hire Brian Billick or something.

They're not even on his ass to fire him. They backed away and they are letting him build the team he wants and how he wants. And from there how it does in the future will determine if he is here or gone. Another 2 years before the fire/keep talks heat up. Its 2010, not 2012.
