Timberwolves are getting Michael Beasley virtually for free

According to Marc Stein of ESPN on Twitter, “Miami has agree to a trade with Minnesota that will send Michael Beasley to the Wolves. Wolves-Heat deal, sources say, calls for ‘Sota to absorb Beasley into cap space and send its 2011 second-round pick to Miami to seal deal.”aring it at the time.

He'll be a great guy coming off the bench. He's young and hopefully learns a thing or two in Minnesota. There's a lot of positive good guys on our team. Hopefully, Beasley will fall into that category over time.

Beasley's been saying all the right things leading up to the season; admitting that he still had some growing up to do when he reached the NBA, that he's blessed to even be in the position to play basketball for a living, and that he's confident in himself and his team to play hard and work towards a common goal.

He may not be the 22/10 guy that was expected out of college at Kansas St., but he'll be a vital cog to the success of the Wolves this season.

Definitely a solid pickup for absolutely nothing in return. Keep your head on straight B-Easy you'll be given plenty of opportunity to succeed.
