Post your top ten mock draft

I can't remember a draft having so many different mock scenarios. Here's my top ten.

1. Raptors-Aldridge
2. Bulls-Thomas
3. Bobcats-Gay
4. Blazers-Morrison
5. Hawks-Bargnani
6. Timberwolves-Roy
7. Celtics-M. Williams
8. Rockets-Carney
9. Warriors-S. Williams
10. Sonics-Brewer

#4 is wishful thinking on my part. I can't place a lock on any of the picks.

Post your top ten. Lets see which one of us ISHers can predict the best.

Qwyjibo 06-19-2006 08:37 PM

1. Raptors - Bargnani
2. Bulls - Thomas
3. Bobcats - Roy
4. Blazers - Morrison

10. Sonics - Carney

Qwyjibo, nice list... I am gonna hold mine off because there will be a trade...

Spike Spiegel 06-19-2006 08:42 PM

1. Aldridge
2. Thomas
3. Morrison
4. Gay
5. M. Williams (reach)
6. O'Bryant (reach)
7. Bargnani (slip)
8. Roy (slip)
9. Brewer
10. S. Williams

This is not taking any trades into consideration. I might post another one w/ a possible trade or two in it.

fatboy11 06-19-2006 08:43 PM

1. Raptors - LaMarcus Aldridge
2. Bulls - Tyrus Thomas
3. Bobcats - Brandon Roy
4. Blazers - Adam Morrison
5. Hawks - Shelden Williams
6. Timberwolves - Rudy Gay
7. Celtics - Andrea Bargnani
8. Rockets - Ronnie Brewer
9. Warriors - Patrick O'Bryant
10. Sonics - Rodney Carney

I'll be interested to see what happens with Atlanta if Aldridge is still on the board at 5. Wonder if they would they back out of the promise taking Shelden Williams.

TheReturnofCed 06-19-2006 08:54 PM

1. Blazers - Adam Morrison
2. Bulls - Tyrus Thomas
3. Bobcats - Brandon Roy
4. Raptors - Andrea Bargani
5. Hawks - Lamarcus Aldridge
6. Timberwolves - Shelden Williams
7. Celtics - Rudy Gay
8. Rockets - Randy Foye
9. Warriors - Patrick O'Bryant
10. Sonics - Rodney Carney

DreamRuled 06-19-2006 11:16 PM

1. Aldridge - center is their weakest spot
2. Brandon Roy - better option than Tyrus Thomas right now...lets them unload Gordon or Duhon
3. Morrison - could be Gay, but I'm betting they'll take the immidiate help over the potential
4. Bargani - he'll be able to play any of the 3 frontcourt positions depending on the matchup
5. Tyrus Thomas - some local apeal from SEC fans, and another tweener to add to the collection
6. Rodnet Carny - great athlete to go along with Ricky and KG. To small to play the 3, so no conflict with Ricky, either
7. Marcus Williams - steal of the draft at this spot. And, without a real center to draft at this spot, this is the C's biggest need
8. Ronnie Brewer - big point who can pair with Luther Head eventually for a reasonable back court. Plays 'D' well enough to keep JVG happy
9. Patrick O'Bryant - a little bit of a stretch, but it's what they need the most, and it's hard to find legit bigs.
10. JJ Redick - big stretch here, but I think he fits the team decently. They don't need any PF/C's and I don't see any reasonable 3's at this range

brwnman 06-19-2006 11:19 PM

another shooter for the Sonics??? Allen, Lewis, Watson and Ridnour... and now Redick... crazy...

You know you have Rudy Gay falling out of the top 10, right?

It will never happen.

Tyrus Thomas?

Da KO King 06-20-2006 12:17 PM

I personally think he'll slip out of the top 10. He's refused to work out competitively and unless I'm mistaken has also refused to work out for teams outside the top 5. I think GM's will be petty enough to hold a grudge and not select him.
