He's out atleast 4 - 6 months. Same injury as Amare had and we all know how well his recovery is going.

Would this possibly shake up Minny's draft plans, or were they already targeting a SG?

Bad news for T'wolves. McCants was more of an outside shooter though right? So the lack of explosiveness after this surgery won't hurt him as much as Amare. Tough break either way, he looked like he had a good future.

mccants was used as more of a shooter because the wolves didn't have one. that's not the best use of his abilities though. he has a great post game and is great at driving and dunking

it won't shake up the wolves draft plans, since the organization has known about this for roughly a month, he just finally had the surgery now though, and the wolves finally released information about it.

this may shake up some mock drafts, but that's about it

and this really sucks, he and KG were the only players worth watching last year :/

we have 4 picks in this draft, 1 lottery, 2 early 2nds and 1 late 2nd. we had better make good use of them.

if the surgery is done on a nonstress bearing part of the knee, then there should not be much loss of explosiveness like Jason Kidd (he is aging, so naturally he is goin to be slightly slower)

Sucks I called him out of college.He was my favorite of the unc boys(felton,may,williams).He was a great athelete,I like the others too though.I thought they would all be great they got along road ahead of them so I could still be right.
