So with the JJ trade....

Could this be positioning by the front office to prepare for a move to get the shooting guard we so desire? I believe the move will be made come yonder morrow....

I hope so. I'm still expecting something like the Miami 1st for Anthony Park

I'd really dig Courtney Lee though.

I still think Parker would be a decent pickup for the Bulls.

If they want Asik for him, I would have to say hell no. Bogans and a 1st? Deal! :pimp:

I do think Courtney Lee would look real nice on this roster.

Re: So with the JJ trade....

I don't think our front office does the JJ deal without there being something else in their plans, but it may have just been for the pick.

Another thing they could be thinking about doing is packaging a few picks which they have accumulated to move down and get a pretty good pick.

In other words.... Jordan Hamilton! lol

But seriously we may just be adding assets for another move down the road whether it be in acquiring a player or to move down for a bette draft pick.

I sure hope your right.

I also just seen on espn rumor central that Marcus Thornton is maybe being shopped...I'd see what NO is asking for him if thats true.

I'd rather Lee because he's a better defender, but if Houston insists on too much then I would like to get Thornton.

Now I'm seeing that the Bulls are still seeing if Memphis would be interested in working a deal for Mayo.....

Mayo in Chicago would be awesome.. but I cant see Memphis giving him up for very little. Presumably the deal with Mayo is whoever wants him needs to take Thabeet too.

I think it means that there is something else in the works.

Why trade a guy that possibly has decent potential for a late late 1st round pick. I'm assuming we're packaging something together to maybe hopefully upgrade somewhere.

Wouldn't mind seeing Lee or JR come here. I'm not interested in Afflalo or Thorton. Don't know any other SG's available. Mayo just doesn't interest me. He's a scorer and I'm not sure he'll fit in well with the guys we have now. Not sure if he'd take being a 4th option, it's why he's had his troubles in Memphis.

You mean you're not sure that Deng would be able to take being a fourth option right?

We should have packaged JJ a pick and maybe someone like Asik for Wilson Chandler.
