The refs let Perkins, Ibaka, (and especially Collison) get physical and beat the dogshit out of Zach Randolph the entire series when he was on the block. Two hands in the back constantly pushing and shoving. Even when he made multiple moves and got hacked he still got no call. Tonight he's watching the refs pull a 180 and now OKC can barely lay a hand on Dirk without the whistle blowing :oldlol:

I don't think it should matter how a player reacts. The refs let OKC play physical playoff defense on Zach. If Randolph were getting the kind of respect Dirk is getting right now he would have been unstoppable.

hadnt seen that many ticky tack fouls on Dirk that resulted in FT's in awhile, but it was definitely weird. couldn't even breathe on him in some plays. it's not his fault, he's not calling the fouls, but its BS either way. it's the playoffs, let these guys play

Gasol not so much since he was mostly on the perimeter but if you go back and watch how much more physical the refs let OKC be with ZBo it's a night and day difference. Randolph definitely got treated differently. I think OKC got used to leeway they were allowed last series and thought they could do the same shit with Dirk.

I agree. We were physical-ing the shit out of Randolph. Similarly, they were doing the same to KD off the ball and generally not whistled.

If they reffed the series, the way they reffed this game, we would still be watching free throws from like game 2.
