Jonas Valanciunas will have to spend a year in Europe

His buyout situation looks to be resolved, however he'll have to play in Europe next year as part of the buyout.

Should drop him a few spots.

Wouldn't it be better for him to enter next year's draft then? Or can't this be done due to NBA rules or whatever?

Too late for him to withdraw, he was hoping they could avoid this situation and he could come over this year but it couldn't be done.
