BARON TEARING IT UP: Over his last five games is averaging 25.0 points, 4.4 rebounds, 9.2 assists and 2.00 steals in 39.6 minutes...Baron has registered a double-double in five of his last 12 games...During his last 12 games is averaging 22.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, 9.4assists, and 1.83 steals...Overall this season, Davis is averaging 21.3 points (20th in NBA), 4.4 rebounds, 8.6 assists (6th in NBA) and 2.00 steals (4th in NBA).
BARNES SETTLING INTO STARTING ROLE: Matt Barnes made the Warriors roster as a training camp invitee and is averaging 9.7 points including 48.4% 3FG (7th in NBA), 4.2 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 28 games (12 starts) this season...He’s started each of the last four games and 12 times overall...As a starter, he’s averaging 14.9 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 1.17 steals and 1.17 blocks...Against Philadelphia, had a team-high 25 points including a franchise-tying seven three-point field goals, eight rebounds, three assists and one block in 45 minutes...Led the Warriors in almost every statistical cetergory at Miami 12/23...Team-high 20 points, 12 rebounds, five assists, two steals and a block in 40 minutes...Had a career-night 12/12 vs. Sacramento...The guard dropped in 32 points including 13 field-goals (13-22 FG) and six three-point field-goals (6-9 3FG), 11 rebounds and three assists.
INJURY ONLY THING STOPPING MONTA: Monta Ellis injured his right shoulder at Miami 12/23 and missed the game on 12/26 vs. Philadelphia...Prior to that, he had started 20 of the last 24 games and is averaging 18.7 points, 2.7 rebounds, 4.9 assists, 1.20 steals and 36.8 minutes as a starter.
MICKAEL STARTING TO HEAT UP: Mickael Pietrus has started each of his last 13 games played and 21 games overall this season...Over his last 11 games has reached double-figure scoring in every game marking the longest streak of his career...In those contests, he’s averging 15.7 points and 5.8 rebounds in 33.6 minutes.

NO PLACE LIKE HOME: Golden State won its fourth consecutive game at ORACLE Arena as it outlasted Philadelphia 116-97 on Tuesday night (12/26)...Golden State is averaging 109.3 ppg on 49.3%FG shooting at ORACLE Arena while holding opponents to 101.2 ppg on 43.8%FG...Earlier this season, the Warriors won six straight at ORALCE Arena from 11/3-11/18, marking the longest home winning streak since 3/15/04-4/6/04 (seven straight)...Thus far, the Warriors are 12-5 at home this season.
INJURY BUG BITES WARRIORS: Golden State has been shorthanded in several games during the 2006-07 season...In fact, in 18 of the 30 games played to date (60%), the Warriors have had at least two of their pre-season projected top eight rotation player miss games on the same night (Biedrins, Davis, Diogu, Dunleavy, Ellis, Murphy, Pietrus, Richardson)...In addition, the team has had at least three of these players miss the same game on three occasions.
