What do you think of Samuel Dalembert as a center?

He's a free agent and named a few teams he'd be especially interested in.

There's not enough basketball in Miami to go around already, why would anybody think Dalembert is a good idea there?

because he has legit size for a center and can block shots/rebound. everything that miami needs in a center? i dont know.

He is the definition of ball hog. Joel Anthony > Dalembert in that system.

lol he does take some dumb shots ill give you that but at least he is a good finisher around the basket and is a threat to score so it takes away that extra defender shading wade james or bosh. you're just gonna have to assume with miami, he will get smarter and not take dumb shots.

I work under Pinnacale Managment (Marc Cornstein who represents Dalembert ). Sammy to Miami is a slam dunk if they show him love out the gate(which they will).

Knicks should sign him. They need to move Amar'e to the 4.

The Knicks could do a sign and trade of Turiaf for Dalembert, giving them more cap flexibility.

Knicks will take him if he is willing to sign for the minimum.

He is the definition of empty stats. His stats look decent for a center, but he is not as good as they look. Low IQ player and foul prone. Dont expect him to be a big impact player wherever he signs.

If he wants to make multiple runs in the playoffs he'll choose the Knicks or the Heat. He'd fit fine in either team. I would suspect he could get more money from the Rockets and Knicks versus the Heat? Not sure on this, just an assumption.

Nene Hilario is also a Free Agent, but I think Sammy is a better rebounder and shot blocker than him.
