Anyone could do better than larry did. I wonder what the media members who continuly bash Thomas will say when the Knicks improve by 15+ games?

Thomas will win more games than larry, and this move puts accountability of this roster solely on him. If the knicks continue to stink (which i trust they will if roster changes are not made) no one will be to blame but zeke

Zeke will do much better than LB. LB didn't know how to coach this team. LB wanted to change the way players played. All the starters, well everyone on the team since LB started everyone (even Udoka) had a bad year. Zeke will use this lineup and rotation.

PF-Frye/Lee
C-Curry/James or Draft or FA
Zeke will trade Francis to any team that wants him because Francis sucks now and he would much rather keep Marbury because Marbury is better and he loves him. I don't know what positions we will draft or sign in FA's but they could be used.

i think this is a good move because maybe the knicks can play more of an up tempo game. they got great athletes on the team. and remember isiah wasnt a bad coach in indiana. cause im goin to say this again if the team can gel together WATCH OUT, because on PAPER it looks good its a matter of just coming together.

Personally, I think that LB tanked - especially late in the season - just so he could get fired and collect checks.

From that standpoint, Isiah will definitely be a better coach but unless he can take a time machine to get back his mid-1980s skills and suits up, the team will be either bad more mediocre for the forseeable future.

Larry Brown wasn't the problem in New York. The players Isiah brought in are the problem. The team is not good and Isiah is not a great coach. This is nothing like Pat Riley emerging from the front office in Miami to coach the Heat to a title.

James Dolan is the worst owner is sports. He gets rid of good people in favor of failures like Isiah Thomas. The Knicks will be garbage as long as Isiah is still on the payroll.

It's sad the Knicks are a laughing stock, but that's what they are.

But I don't see us having the first pick or winning the lottery. I think we can maybe make the playoffs because Isiah knows how to use these players a way that LB didn't know how to.
