Official 2012 NFL Free Agency Thread

I know we have an offseason thread, but that's for little and random news supposedly.

With free agency starting tomorrow, there should be a thread to discuss all signings. Of course, with the bigger news, like Peyton Manning or Vincent Jackson, threads devoted to those individual stories will obviously be made. But this is a thread for like if Eddie Royal signs with a team or if Carl Nicks signs with the Bucs (oh please, oh please, oh please). The Bucs are expected to release C Jeff Faine in an effort to make some room for a strong run at Nicks.

Very interested to see what players are released and what players sign where.

How many times have you tried that on me, GOBB? (Answer, this is at least 4) How many times has it ever worked? (Answer, zero) :lol

I see you pulling it on morons in the main NBA forum and it works, but I have a few more brain cells than some of those clowns.

Keep on keepin' on :D

Saints made a "respectable" offer to Carl Nicks, but it's not the type of deal he's looking for. He wants to be one of, if not the, highest paid guards in the NFL. Hope the Saints' offer offends him and the Bucs give him a fat contract.

Who knows what respectable means with these guys. I hope he takes it for obvious reasons :lol . Also looks like Colston is going to be coming back. If we can resign Nicks I would be amazed at Loomis.

As a Cardinals fan, just let him fade off into obscurity. He's not worth taking a chance on... even if you sign him for cheap. A team's fanbase should get PAID to have to watch him checkdown play after play. He has no potential. Hella bust.

Colston is off the market. Back with the Saints.

I didn't think they had enough cap room to bring him back.

Schefter (I think) said VJax and Garcon had more demand. Jackson is obvious, but Garcon? That scares me. Austin Collie and his concussion proof helmet are going to be on the field almost every play.
