Sometimes bigs take a while to develop.
Randolph isn't going to get a lot of run in Minnesota behind Love and Pekovic.

Maybe Cleveland, New Jersey, Charlotte, New Orleans, San Antonio.

He doesn't have a clue what it is about to be on a "team." He is all about himself. And I doubt he ever figures that out.

Hopefully somewhere with a good coach that will give him decent playing time. He is clearly talented and I think it the right system could be pretty productive. I wanted the Grizzlies to trade for him last year but I knew it wouldn't happen. He's still young with lots of upside.

Love to see him play for the Boston Celtics next year. Rondo and Rivers will make him a better player.
