Kevin Love's 2011-12 season ends slightly early
 

The Minnesota Timberwolves are shutting All-Star forward Kevin Love down for the final two games of the regular season to play it safe while he recovers from a concussion.

The Wolves made the announcement on Sunday before they hosted the Golden State Warriors. Love has not played since suffering a concussion and strained neck against Denver on April 11.
