Unrestricted free agent Jason Kidd said that he'll "definitely" look at the Nets, but he wants to return to the Mavericks.

Kidd's quest to follow Deron Williams in free agency is pretty strange, but he knows that his days of playing starter's minutes in this league have likely come to an end.

He's also expressed interest in joining the Bulls, and it is not surprising that Kidd is pitching his services to any team that will listen. Kidd is clearly looking to back up Williams wherever he lands, and he's leaving the door open to play outside of Dallas if he's forced to do exactly that
