Raps trying to save face for not acquiring Lowry when they had the chance.
Houston probably won't trade him now that Dragic asking price is so high.

Can't see the Rockets bringing back a very unhappy and disgruntled Lowry.

Also, the Rockets appear to be making an offer to Jeremy Lin.
