Greg Monroe feels snubbed by Team USA Select Team
 

It’s safe to assume Greg Monroe slowly stewed when the USA Select Team was announced in late May.

He was disappointed when he saw players with lesser numbers like the Spurs’ DeJuan Blair, the Jazz’s Derrick Favors and the Bulls’ Taj Gibson get the nod.

And Monroe, who is in Orlando practicing with the Pistons’ summer-league team, said he would not forget the snub.

He should be on that team over those 3 mentioned players without a doubt.. Hope this fuels him into even more of a beast

He should feel snubbed. He's better than all of those listed players. He's one of the top young big men in the game. I don't see how he wouldn't have been selected. It seems like a no brainer.
