Will Anyone Go After Chris Andersen?

Obviously the way that the Birdman left Denver was very suspect, but assuming he clears waivers (which seems likely) will anyone try to sign him? He's 34, but he still can give you a few decent minutes and be an energy guy off the bench.

Yes, he's coming to NY to join Nuggets East with Melo, JR Smith, Camby, & James White.

But I really have no clue where he'll end up.

This is a guy with some serious issues and I believe he is 1 failed drug test(even marijuana) away from a permanent ban from the NBA. A lot of teams would be scared to touch him, espescially with the police investigating him during the Playoffs.

From Wikipedia:

"On May 10, 2012, Denver NBC affiliate 9News reported Andersen's home was the target of an investigation of a suspected internet case by the Douglas County Sheriff's Office Internet Crimes Against Children Unit"

He obviously hasn't been charged with anything, but I never heard an explanation either.

That's because you weren't searching hard enough. A 17 years old skank lied to him about being 21 then tried to extort him.

Could be a good pick up by the Celtics. He can provide some defense and rebounds coming off the bench. Dallas could use him too.

Re: Will Anyone Go After Chris Andersen?

Dallas could theoretically use him, but I don't know.
Even if he's innocent, I feel like the atmosphere in the locker room wouldn't be the most fun with him on the team. His presence would create an environment of suspicion and paranoia within the group.
