Yikes. It's like he's stuck on that awkward moment of adolescence where kids think they're being smart and sly but in reality are actually wearing their ignorance on their sleeve. I don't know enough about him to recognize whether he was just acting or that's really him though. If the latter, quite embarrassing.

"Mr. Carter, you have to wait until the end of the question before you answer"

"I'm sorry, that was just my psychic"

I'm guessing judging by Wayne's answers and actions.....he's losing whatever suit this is about.

This shit was hilarious. Either he was giving some straight asshole answer or if you watch the other videos saying "I don't know" or "I don't recall" to everything. Dude is a 30 year old child.

I've heard rumor it's over Wayne allowing Quincy Jones' studio/company/what-have-you film the making of one of his albums. Then, he didn't like the final product they put together, believing it painted a bad light.

Was it that one documentary where they showed his addiction to codeine cough syrup (not nyquil like most of you jerks off think drank is) and was throwing a bitch fit at his DJ friend who tried to get him off it?

I definitely don't see him winning this case.

The 'Lollipop' rapper say the producer never asked to use his music in the film about him.

Lil Wayne has filed a lawsuit against Quincy Jones III for using his music in a documentary film.

In the documents obtained by website TMZ.com, the rapper claims he never gave permission to use his music in 'The Carter', a motion picture about him.

Songs used in the movie include hits such as 'Lollipop', 'Stuntin' Like My Daddy', '***** Monster', 'Let the Beat Build', 'La La', 'Mr. Carter', 'A Milli', and 'Dontgetit' from his multi-platinum selling album, 'Tha Carter III'.

Lil Wayne claims music producer Quincy Jones' son and the other producers never asked if they could use his tunes in their project.

However, it seems he cooperated with the filming of the documentary, because he allowed cameras to follow him around.

Lil Wayne didn't like the outcome of the movie and sued over it, claiming it was a "scandalous portrayal" of him.

In the music lawsuit, filed by the firm of Lavely & Singer on behalf of the star, Lil Wayne asks for unspecified damages and an order prohibiting the producers from using his music.

The rapper won Best Hip-Hop Video with Drake for their track 'HYFR' at the MTV Video Music Awards on Thursday (06.09.12).

he's probably used to being questioned by police or some lawyer so he doesn't give a fukk. most people will get all nervous and answer everything. only problem is he's the one filing the lawsuit then again i guess since its the other parties lawyer it doesn't really matter :confusedshrug:

The stupidest part to me is this. He's basically suing for defamation of character (I don't get it!!) due to him not liking what they put in that voluntary documentary. So that's why they are asking him those questions like did you do this or that because that's the shit that's IN the documentary... Answering like an asshole doesn't make him look favorable to the judge. It's like he just decided to go to court because he was pissed off and doesn't really care whether he wins or not. :biggums:

He is lucky he was dealing with crappy counsel. A good attorney would have controlled him or made him look stupid.
