I can shoot around for hours but intense workouts like today about an hour. I'm a freshman in high school by the way.

About 2, not including weight training and conditioning.

As a highschooler I only practiced fri, sat, sun. I usually would do from 1pm-8pm or 4-5pm-8pm.
