What's your mile time on a good day?

My best was 5:26 but I'm usually in the 5;30-5:40 zone. I didn't run track in middle school and probably won't in HS but I knew a guy who ran a 4:54 in 8th grade. Heard it was the second fastest time in his age group in our section's history.

Run college track and cross country. Haven't raced the mile high school, so my best is still 4:32

:applause: :applause:

Doing my fourth year of HS Cross Country of a PR of 16:28 for about 3 miles
Track I got a 4:41 or some jazz and would have broken 4:40 if I didn't get elbowed on the last 50 m

Lol my lung capacity is just godawful, so I hate and can't run long distance well at all. Perhaps as a kid I might've been able to do 6-7 mins, but now I'll prob get what, 12+ mins alternating between walking and jogging? Maybe if I really tried to run/jog the entire way I might be able to do 8-9 mins... And nope, I'm nowhere near obese/overweight.

Never been good with long distance but I am probably one of the fastest people here.

Do you have any times for 100-400?

Idk what my 1 mile time would be but I've been running my ass off the last few months to get in shape for the military. I'm currently running 3 miles in 21 minutes every morning. I think if I went all out I could definitely beat 6 minutes for 1 mile.

I'm not a competitive guy but I'm gonna run , just not on a team or whatever in uni. One of my longtime goals is to do an ironman though
