Ronnie Brewer

How come this kid is hardley getting any PT? He's a good solid athletic rookie who can score.

One reason is that the jazz are during so well this year and they dont want to mess up the starting rotation.

Re: Ronnie Brewer

That's exactly why. Sloan doesn't like to use rookies much, but with Millsap, I just can't see him getting more PT. This kid is a beast.
Brewer surely would benefit from playing on last year's Jazz, he'd get tons of time. But this year, the team is on a mission.

Yea thats true because Deron Williams had a lot of PT last year. I think Dee Brown would get a lot of PT too if this was the last year's Jazz team.

deron didnt get a lot of PT last year. About 29 minutes and most those minutes came towards the end of the year when deron actually started. Plus Sloan cant play ronnie all the time because gira will get all butt hurt. Honestly we should have DW,AK,Harp,Booze,Okur with Fish,Gira/Miles,Brewer,Millsap,Collins off the bench

I'm really liking Ronnie Brewer's progress.

He's putting up 13.7ppg 81%FT 52%FG

Once he starts getting a good consistent jumpshot from mid range and 3pt range it's a wrap.

I thought Morris Alomond was going to actually shine in his rookie season but Ronnie is really doing it this season.
