Running or another fitness activity. Running allows me to think and process things that are causing me stress. Often, during that time I realize that whatever was stressing me really wasn't/isn't that big of a deal.

If there's nothing you can do about it, then there's no point in worrying about it because worrying won't better the situation. And if there's something you can do about it, don't worry about it. Change it. It's not that complicated.:confusedshrug:

You need to find balance.

- Start with nutrition. Eat right and your body will be less stressed to search nutrition and fulfill the needs of your body.
- Exercise your body and mind.
- Have a good friend you can unload your problems on.
-Always rememebr no matter how bad you have it, somebody always has it worse.
- Be thankful for what you do have. Material wants leads to stress
