My ankle is always sore now after playing.
I haven't rolled my ankle for a while but it seems like it is always sore now. I'm playing on a concrete floor now which I know doesn't help but it is definitely taking a toll on my body. When I started playing about 3 years ago I used to roll my ankles frequently. Rolls are much less common now that I work on my balance but even without a roll my left ankle is always sore. I switched shows from Jordan team 2010 to ZK VII's to help cushion the blow but it doesn't seem to have helped. Anyone else have this issue?
