Brooklyn Nets(26-16) @ Memphis Grizzlies(27-14), end of a hot streak?

The nets have been on a 12-2 surge since PJ Carlesimo took over, the team is playing with much greater effort and hitting shots they usually missed early in the season. This game is a huge challenge, the Grizzlies are one of the best defensive team in the league. Is this the end to the Nets hot streak? The game will be hosted in Memphis, 8PM EST. Anyway let's go nets, no matter the outcome.

How many times will It's A VC3 change his mind of if he loves or hates the Nets in a tough game like this? And it is a tough game, because Memphis size negates a lot of what the Nets do. Memphis is in a little bit of a funk though since everyone is worried about getting shipped out. Best game of the night, can't wait. Bodies will be flying.

Over/under on 25? :D

And yeah, it's a tough one to predict. I'm not expecting too much out of tonight so I'd be pleasantly surprised by a win.

Should be a good game. The grizzlies are still working with a short bench with 2 rookies, one of which has been around for 2 days and Jon Leuer who's only been here two days. I'm excited to see them all play.

Great test for Lopez 2night playing against Gasol should be a sweet battle unlike the last one Gasol had when Dwight pulled out and had to fake a injury.

It's also the battle of the all star snubbed centers. How Bosh is on the team and not Brook is beyond me. They have similar numbers and Brook gets double teamed and Bosh gets single always cause of Lebron. You can argue the intangible guys over Brook, but Bosh isn't any more an intangible guy then Brook and Brooks wins the numbers battle.

i love the fact that all the nets were snubbed. they'll get the extra rest and it will put a chip on their shoulders for the rest of the season. plus it adds to the perception that the whole voting and selection process is a joke. which it more or less is IMO.

so it's win - win - win!!

yea... and i'm not drinking my own koolaid, either. :D

The grizzlies average 90 points a game yet theyre on average to score 32 in the first quarter. Do these ****ing retards ever know how to play defense. Already fuming from no all star selections I'm getting sick and ****ing tired of watching the grizzlies score on every possession.

No wonderthe nets have no all stars. Their record is a complete fluke and this shit is abysmal.

No offense to you're team but when does 12 points( all on alley oops and wide open passes) and 11 rebounds earn you an all-star spot. Tyson Chandler is a good player but not a star. He's probably the worst all-star in the last decade. Tyson rebounds and plays defense. He's not an all-star but congratulations to him and the Knicks.

The Grizzlies average 90 points a game and the Grizzlies are on pace to score 120 points after the first quarter. Holy mother ****ing retards. Please learn the damn scotuing reports.

Hi I'm a nets fan and I like my team because they can only beat bad teams.
Grizzlies have 11 points on offensive rebounds IN THE FIRST QUARTER ALONE. **** these retards. I'm a Knicks fan. The Nets are a shit hole franchise.

Re: Brooklyn Nets(26-16) @ Memphis Grizzlies(27-14), end of a hot streak?

this is one ugly game right now, grizzlies scoring at will, tossing salads and all that. highlight of the quarter for the nets is that bogans hit a shot, a three at that!!

Re: Brooklyn Nets(26-16) @ Memphis Grizzlies(27-14), end of a hot streak?

Half of the grizzlies points are from offensive rebounds. So the nets deided to ignore the number one priority on the scouting report.
