Tony Parker is a lock for the HOF

Tony Parker at the prime of his career has already locked himself into the HOF. He will surpass 3,000 playoff points this year and enter the level of James Worthy, Dennis Johnson, and Kevin McHale.

Finals MVP
3 Championships
5 time All Star
3 All-NBA teams (after this season)

He's not a lock just yet, but in a couple more seasons he will be.

He'll finish with about 7-8 All-Star games
Possibly a few more All NBA teams and maybe another title.

If a guy like Jo Jo White hasn't made the Hall yet, TP is not a lock (at this moment.)

Jo Jo White is a really nice comparable. That's a fair point. I think TP has a little bit better resume already. The extra championship helps plus almost double the playoff games. I'd say TP is at the cut-off for lock. After this season, I think Worthy, Johnson, and McHale are the best comps. TP is close.
