Aaron Brooke hasn't gotten signed yet since Kings waived him
Aaron Brooks' career just hasn't been the same since early in the 2010-11 season, when he suffered a severe ankle sprain that sidelined him for 21 games.
Since then, he hasn't come close to being the player he was in 2009-10, when he averaged 19.6 points and 5.3 assists with Houston and won the NBA's Most Improved Player award.
On Friday, he was waived by the Sacramento Kings, who came to a buyout agreement with him before the midnight deadline by which a player had to be waived for him to still be eligible for the playoffs with a new team.
