Is the 2014 NBA Draft gonna be one of the GOAT Drafts?

Marcus Smart declared he's going to stay at Oklahoma State for another year. Now this class has Wiggins, Parker, Randle, Smart and the Harrison twins  How good do you think this draft will be?

Don't know if it can rival '84, '96 or '03, but it has a shot. Particularly Wiggins, he is an exceptional talent.

Crazy decision by smart. Top 2-3 pick, maybe #1 overall. Not coming back to a loaded team with championship hopes

Also crazy how over rated the 2014 draft class is. I know that ncaa freshman to be are always rated at their ceilings. But wiggins is closer to Harrison Barnes than he is to Lebron as a prospect at that age

Smart's decision was the opposite of his name. Right now he's a top 3 pick. Typically when guys stay and they're at that range it doesn't work out well for them.

It's tough to speculate on the draft for 2014. It always seems like there's some top talent guys that don't have great years and the draft doesn't look as good as it should. There's plenty of people who were projected as top 10 picks before this season who aren't there now. Just look at James McAdoo, who is now staying at UNC for another season. He was a conseneus top 10 pick in every mock draft before the season. Now he would've been a late first rounder. He's smart to stay for another season, Smart is not...

I'm sure at least one NBA "Superstar"(not star) will be from this Draft class.

Barring a complete and total meltdown Marcus Smart ends up the first player drafted next year unless the pick is owned by a club with elite talent at the lead guard spot.

No, Smart isn't going to get drafted ahead of Wiggins and probably not Parker. Even if he improves upon what he did this year at Oklahoma State. If Wiggins and Smart were both eligible and entering the 2013 draft, Wigins would be taken #1 overall.

Hopefully at least as good as 2008. Although that was a great draft in hindsight.

The point is that you are not Marcus Smart's agent. You are not his financial planner. You are not his cousin or his brother or his coach or his teammate. You are just a random person who doesn't know the kid, trying to understand why he did something that most people probably wouldn't do. Don't assume he has less information. Odds are, after spending a couple weeks in the car wash that is the NBA draft decision timetable, Smart knows more.

It's his life, his career, his sandwich, his decision. Smart's a good college player coming back for another season, and he's not doing so because he can't possibly fathom how much money he's leaving on the table. There's no need to worry. In a year or two or three, Smart's accountant can handle that. In the meantime: enjoy.

I he didn't want this kind of negative feedback he should have explained his position better. Nobody is 2nd guessing McAdoo, who was projected to be a lottery pick before the season and whose stock fell during the season. It makes sense. Anybody who is a top 5 pick you are going to 2nd guess though. I'm just saying I'm pretty sure Smart isn't friends with Jared Sullinger. At least Sullinger had the excuse that he had a chance at winning a championship. Smart doesn't even have that. It just leaves everybody wondering why.

That's highly unlikely with Wiggins in his class.

Did anybody notice how much wiggins dominated all the all star games? Oh

I'm not saying wiggins won't end up the number 1 pick- but auto-superstar he is not
