2013 Pistons draft
Odds are the Detroit Pistons will pick seventh in the 2013 NBA Draft.
The Pistons won a coin flip with the Washington Wizards last week for the seventh-most combinations in the draft after both teams tied for the seventh-worst record in the NBA at 29-53.
A year ago, the Pistons went into the NBA draft lottery – scheduled for May 21 this year – with the ninth-most combinations and that's exactly where they stayed before selecting Andre Drummond of Connecticut.
Three years ago, the Pistons also had the No. 7 pick and they landed Georgetown's Greg Monroe, who has arguably been their best player the past two seasons.

Re: 2013 Pistons draft
After another disappointing season it's even more disappointing to be picking 7th. We're going to need to be extremely lucky this year in the draft if we have any hope of turning things around.
