Is running the number one way to lose bodyfat/weight?
 
What are some ways aside from running to lose weight or body fat in general..... I have around 12-13 percent body fat and i wanna get it to 7-9 percent.... i work out on weekly basis and also run but i keep gaining muscle but i don't look slim....which is what i want. :lol

should i just stick to running and give up workin out for little bit?

do the truffle shuffle for an hour straight in the sauna

you'll lose more weight that way

I find that playing a lot of really good basketball consistently yields the best results. You have to work on the defensive side of the ball and run the floor though. That's why I recommend playing with good players if you are competitive.

Maintain a caloric deficit. How you do it? Up to you. A combination of a strong diet, cardio, and weight-lifting is the best way to do it. It's also what I recommend if you really wanna look sexy as hell naked.

How do you know you have 12-13% body fat? Pro ripped athletes have about 7%

Stop eating grains and sugary foods almost entirely, and you can eat anything else you want.

I used to be 7% (was measured when I was a sprinter). I'm probably in the 18-20% range now, but I'm not really sure.

I'm 5'6 n 165 pounds... I wanna be around 145-150....
