ISH Cook's, what's a good non stick (non teflon) pan?

Having trouble finding one. Want a non iron skillet (the rules to make sure they stay non stick are a pain) and nothing were the chemicals are leaking into the cooking (like teflon now)

Any thoughts? It's confusing, every site pretty much reps their own pans

cast iron

They're pricey, but if you go to a goodwill you can find them cheap. The older they are, the better IMO. You dont have to bother seasoning them. I like them for camping, put it directly on the campfire and because of the thickness, you get even cooking that tastes great.

Calphalon makes good non stick, that doesn't have a disc, and is reasonably priced.
