Lebron discusses handling critcism

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6s4EyBTukO0

From the media session on Wednesday

Are the ISH hater brigade gonna watch that and seriously say they don't respect the guy just a little bit?

Im supposed to respect him because he loves the game and is blessed that he's in NBA? Im pretty sure every single player in the NBA feels this way

Yeah, no one at all takes it for granted. That's why we don't have people going bankrupt after retiring and sh*t

What does going bankrupt have to do with not loving the game he didn't say anything special that we haven't heard 100 times before.

JR Smith immediately comes to mind. As does Royce White.

The criticism he receives has always been completely overblown. He's one of the greats of all-time. At some point, if you actually love the game, that's all that really matters. I don't care if LeBron is a nice guy. He's not my friend. I want to watch basketball excellence and he delivers that on a level maybe only 5 or 10 players ever have. You don't have to root for him, but to hate or deny his talent is absurd.

If you really can't appreciate LeBron at least on that level you need to find another sport to watch.

His criticism is well deserved, while great, he has a lot of holes in his game. Everyone is aware of his potential, thats why theres so much criticism. Hes handling it alright for the most part, but it seems to be wearing on him.
