Legacy Mode In NCAA College Hoops 2K7

How do you recruit really good in that game? I can never get any good players when I am recruiting. Like how do you get 4 or 5 star players. I am in my 4th year as a coach and I still cant get any good players. So please could you guys give me some good advice on how to play that mode overall better and how to recruit better?

Easy, win some games and build a rep, and if you feel like cheating a bit, go after the international kids.
