Jordan Doernbecher?

What do people know about this? My buddy bought a pair to keep actually but he may sell it because the resell markets are demanding anything from $700 to $1000.

What kind of models are these and can anyone give me some insight on it.

There hasn't been a pair of shoes that smiled at me but this pair just did that.

It's a line of exclusive, limited edition sneakers that Nike releases (Jordans, Air Force 1's, Free's, etc.) in order to raise money for the Doernbecher Children's Hospital. Kids battling illnesses there get to freestyle design the shoes for Nike.

Cole Johanson is the one who designed the Jordan 3. He overcame Burkitt's Lymphoma.

My personal favorite Doernbecher Jordans are the 4's and 6's, designed by Isaiah Scott and Jordan Dark respectively.

Yeah, the 4's are real kiddy-like, but I still dig em a lot for some reason I can't figure out.

I love em too. So clean... little dude knew what he was doing.

I would like to see some Doernbecher 8s get designed, but those could possibly go terribly wrong since it's such a complex and gaudy shoe.

Big dap HL. You always coming through. I think the 3's and 4's are my favorites but I would love to have every pair because of the quality and design.

Too bad and unfortunately, that House of Hoops I go to, sold out...or else I'm hooking you guys up with some only at cost.
